Esther Haerim Heo is the Head of Strategy & Development at SFOC. Within her role, she leads strategic planning and funder engagement across SFOC’s programs. Previously she worked in the field of economic development, advocating for the needs and challenges of developing countries at the UN Secretariat in New York. Esther has a PhD in International Political Economy from Fudan University and a MSc from the London School of Economics. She is a Chevening Scholar (UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office) and a recipient of the Chinese Government Scholarship.
